1 quart fresh cranberries (ground)
2 oranges, ground
Orange zest of 1 orange
1 cup apple, ground
2 stocks (ribs) of celery
¾ cup walnuts meat (broken up)
½ cup Sugar or to taste.
Grind everything in food processor. Let stand in refrigerator for 24 hrs. before serving.
